What is taaray?

taaray is an online marketplace where small businesses and independent creators across Pakistan can open a shop and sell directly to customers, all in one place.

Who can use taaray?

Anyone. You can browse and buy as a visitor with no account needed, or sign up to sell. Selling is open to any small business or creator in Pakistan who wants to list products, aside from the banned items listed in our Terms & Conditions.

How does ordering work?

Browse shops and products, add what you want to your order, and check out with your correct delivery details. Your order is then packed by the seller and delivered by our courier partner, Leopards.

What will I be charged at checkout?

Your total is the product price plus a flat shipping fee of Rs 299, per seller. If your order includes items from multiple sellers, each seller charges their own Rs 299 shipping fee, so a 2-seller order will have Rs 598 total shipping. The Rs 299 fee covers parcels up to 1 kg. If the items you order from one seller weigh more than 1 kg combined, Rs 180 is added to that seller's shipping fee for each extra kg (or part of a kg). If a single product is over 1 kg, its weight charge is already included in its price, so you won't be charged for it twice. You'll see a note next to that seller in your cart and at checkout. Each seller ships separately, so you'll receive multiple packages tracking individually.

What payment options are available at checkout?

At checkout, you'll see Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or Bank Transfer, depending on which payment modes the seller accepts. If you choose Bank Transfer, you'll pay the total item amount by bank transfer and the shipping fee (Rs 299, plus any extra weight charge) in cash when your parcel arrives.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Report it within 24–48 hours of delivery through the "Report an Issue" form, with photos as proof. Once verified, you'll receive a full refund or replacement; see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

Selling on taaray

How do I become a seller?

Sign up as a seller with accurate details, including a payout method (Raast, SadaPay, JazzCash, or bank account) to receive the payment for your orders. Once you enter the verification code sent to your email, you can start listing products from your dashboard.

What am I allowed to sell?

Almost anything, as long as it's not on our prohibited list, which includes illegal or perishable goods, mass-produced items, counterfeits, unapproved health products, weapons, precious jewelry, and adult materials. The full list is in our Terms & Conditions.

How do orders get fulfilled?

New orders appear on your dashboard for you to confirm. Pack the item according to our packaging guidelines and drop it off at your nearest Leopards Courier office.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are held in escrow until the buyer's inspection window (48 hours after delivery) closes without a dispute. taaray keeps a 5% commission on the sale price of each product, and payouts are then released to you every Sunday.

How do I feature my products?

Go to the Featured tab on your seller dashboard, select the active products you'd like to promote, and submit the form with proof of payment; it's PKR 100 per product for one week of featured placement. Once reviewed and approved, your products will appear on the Featured page, and be the top-most results in relevant searches.
